LeeNel Automotive Marketing Solutions (LAMS) operates the Chery SA Media Portal and associated dealership portals hosted at leenel.co.za. We are committed to protecting the personal information of all portal users in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

2. What information we collect

When you use our portal, we collect the following information:

• Account details — your name, email address, branch, and department
• Login activity — date and time of last login and portal activity
• Uploaded content — vehicle images and marketing materials you upload
• Session data — temporary session information to keep you logged in

We do not collect payment information, ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide you with access to the portal and its features
• Manage your account and branch-level access
• Send system notifications such as password resets and design expiry reminders
• Monitor portal usage for security and performance purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we store your information

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in South Africa. Access is restricted to authorised LAMS administrators only. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing and are never stored in plain text.

Images saved to My Designs are automatically deleted after 30 days. All other content remains stored until your account is deleted.

5. Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

6. Cookies
