1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any portal operated by LeeNel Automotive Marketing Solutions (LAMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the portal.

2. Who may use the portal

Access to the portal is restricted to authorised dealership staff who have been granted an account by a LAMS administrator. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the portal only for its intended purpose — creating, customising, and sharing authorised vehicle marketing materials for your dealership. You may not:

• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or portal systems
• Use the portal to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the portal without written permission

4. Content ownership

Marketing materials, templates, and branded assets available on the portal are the property of their respective owners, including Chery South Africa and the applicable dealership group. LAMS does not claim ownership of any dealership or manufacturer branding, logos, or vehicle content made available through the portal.

LAMS owns and retains all rights to the portal platform, its design, and functionality.

You are granted a limited licence to use the available marketing materials solely for authorised dealership marketing purposes. Any use outside of this scope requires prior written approval from the relevant content owner.

Any designs you create and save to My Designs remain accessible for 30 days. LAMS accepts no responsibility for designs that are deleted after this period.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Portal availability

LAMS will endeavour to keep the portal available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The portal may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. LAMS accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by portal downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

LAMS provides the portal on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAMS accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal or its content.

8. Changes to these terms

LAMS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
